I find Squarespace is generally the best platform for the majority of my clients as it is very intuitive and user-friendly. However, I have also designed sites in Showit and Wix.
I do have experience with other platforms such as Podia and Weebly for smaller design updates/Designer for a Day tasks but I don’t do fully bespoke designs on these platforms.

No, I am not a trained copywriter however, I work very closely with messaging mentor and copywriter Lea Tierney. Writing website copy is not an easy task for most of us, so I encourage my clients to work with a professional copywriter as the results are incredibly powerful. Our collaboration also ensures that you get a more streamlined and stress-free process, as we join forces to get to the heart of your brand story to ensure that your words and your visuals work in synergy.

Professional photos are an important part of your brand identity and really help to elevate your website and online presence. However, when you’re just starting out it’s not always necessary and I wouldn’t want this to hold you back from getting started. We can use royalty-free stock photography as placeholders until you are able to arrange your own brand photoshoot - although you will need to provide at least a few head shots.
I work very closely with other kindred creatives in order to offer a full suite of services, so if you are in need of a brand photoshoot I can recommend some very good photographers.

It depends on the plan best suited for you and your business, and whether you pay annually or monthly.
I usually find the Squarespace Businesss plan to be the best option for the majority of my clients, which is currently £17 per/month +VAT on an annual subscription.
If you are new to Squarespace you will benefit from a 20% discount on your subscription for the first year, along with a free custom domain and Google workspace account for the first year, if you need it.

Yes, I understand that hiring a designer for bespoke branding and website design is a big investment. I require an initial deposit to secure your booking and can then offer payment in instalments for the remaining amount. If you book further in advance this will allow for more flexibility in payment options, as final payment is required before I transfer all finalised branding assets and website ownership.

That’s fine I’ve worked with several clients in other locations and all calls are done online over Zoom. I can accept international payments (through the secure open banking system via Crezco) with participating countries.
If you’re base in Ireland my services are eligible for the Trading Online Voucher.

You will be responsible for all additional subscription costs which may include: custom domain name purchase; Squarespace web hosting subscription; any scheduling software and custom domain email address subscriptions (if required), such as through Google Workspace.
If you wish to use any licensed images or fonts then you will be responsible for paying for these. We will of course discuss any additional costs before the project begins.

Yes. As soon as your website is finished and I have been paid in full, I will then transfer ownership of your website to you.
It is always my aim that you should be able to update and maintain your website yourself once our work together is complete. Therefore, I provide training and video tutorials to help you manage your site yourself going forward. If you need more in-depth assistance at a later stage please do contact me and we can discuss how I can help you.

A Design Day session can include:
SEO audit and update
Design refresh, such as a redesigned home or sales page
Implementing new or updated branding onto your site
Marketing assets, such as a presentation/webinar document, social media templates, freebie download design
Design long-form sales page
Membership set-up and page design (depending on content size)
MailerLite set-up, integration and/or freebie download automation
If you need a bit more time than the 8 hours provided in one day, you can add on an additional half day.
